This super delicious creamy smoothie tastes like pumpkin pie cheesecake! What a treat. This kind of smoothie is a little unusual for me since it doesn’t have anything green in it, plus it’s got some date syrup and nuts. So though it wouldn’t be a regular meal for me personally, it is still extremely nutritious, ultra yummy, and toddler approved!
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie of Dreams
Get your pumpkin spice fix with this healthy and delicious smoothie, made with ingredients you probably already have!
Ingredients
- 2 cups nondairy milk cold
- 1/2 cup pumpkin or sweet potato puree, cold
- 2 tablespoons date syrup 3 if you like things sweeter
- 1 tablespoon raw whole flax seeds
- 1/4 cup raw cashew pieces
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cinnamon to taste
