Mint lovers – this one’s for you. Sweet and creamy, this peppermint green smoothie is packed with nutrition!
- 1 BIG handful of whatever greens you have on hand (I used romaine lettuce)
- 2 bananas, frozen or refrigerated (I actually didn't taste them in the flavor of the smoothie, scout's honor)
- 1½ nondairy milk
- Teensy pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract, or to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons raw flax seeds
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
