Mint lovers – this one’s for you. Sweet and creamy, this peppermint green smoothie is packed with nutrition!
Mint Lovers' Green Smoothie
- 1 BIG handful of whatever greens you have on hand I used romaine lettuce
- 2 bananas frozen or refrigerated (I actually didn't taste them in the flavor of the smoothie, scout's honor)
- 1 1/2 nondairy milk
- Teensy pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract or to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons raw flax seeds
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
