  • 2 cups nondairy milk cold
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin or sweet potato puree, cold
  • 2 tablespoons date syrup 3 if you like things sweeter
  • 1 tablespoon raw whole flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw cashew pieces
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon to taste
