Green smoothies are all the rage, and for good reason. You can pack a mean nutritious punch in a smoothie with quite a lot of veggie power and little to no veggie flavor. It’s like free nutrients. Spinach and kale are the typical greens of choice in green smoothies, but most people don’t know that you can really put almost ANY vegetable into your smoothie. Take for example, broccoli! This smoothie is seriously yummy, and you’d never know there’s a whole cup of cruciferous goodness in it. OK, technically its not green in color after the blending, but that can be our little secret.

Amazing smoothie. My 5 year old was hesitant. He likes his trees cooked lol. But he gobbled up the extras. You couldn’t even tell there was broccoli in it. Definitely going to be my daily smoothie. ♡♡♡
