Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1 1/2 bananas frozen or refrigerated
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon raw flax seeds
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 1/2 nondairy milk

Method
 

  1. Blend until very smooth and creamy and enjoy!
