I know I’ve been pushing cabbage for breakfast on y’all for a while now. Don’t expect it to stop. It’s so unexpected and yet SO good that I NEED to know y’all get it it before I let up. The crunchiness, creaminess, and all-around goodness of this surprising combo is sure to satisfy and delight.
The cabbage might throw you off at first glance, but think about it. It’s just a mild-flavored nutrition bomb, perfectly paired with just about anything. When you add my Fabulous 5-Minute Fauxgurt, Tiny Chewy Cinnamon Apples, and raw walnuts. I’m telling you, it hits the spot in the weirdest, most wonderful way. Have you finally tried this? Breakfast Salad with Fauxgurt, Cinnamon Apples, and Walnuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded raw cabbage green or red
- 3/4-1 cup Fabulous 5-Minute Fauxgurt
- 1/4 cup Tiny Chewy Cinnamon Apples
- 2 tablespoons chopped raw walnuts
Instructions
- Place cabbage in favorite bowl or plate.
- Top with fauxgurt, then add cinnamon apples and walnuts.
- Enjoy!
