This yummy smoothie was a nice welcome home. We just got back late last night from visiting family. Sorry it’s been a while! While the smoothie is not technically green, it’s got a respectable amount of veggies in there. My toddler and I both loved it!
Cauliberry Smoothie
You won't notice this creamy, fruity smoothie gets its extra nutritional boost from cauliflower!
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup nondairy milk
- 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup frozen tiny blueberries you might want to double this amount if your blueberries are large 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 large frozen banana
- 3 large frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend until very smooth and enjoy!
