Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup nondairy milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen tiny blueberries you might want to double this amount if your blueberries are large 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 3 large frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Blend until very smooth and enjoy!
