Sometimes less is more. I often forget that it’s OK – sometimes even better – when food is just simple. Plus, people (myself included) often make less than healthy choices because healthy food takes longer to make. This salad took no time to make, tasted great, and was totally filling. Crunchy, tangy, yummy!
Crunchy Red Cabbage Salad with Lime
Don't be fooled by the simplicity of this delicious salad!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 small avocado
- 3 tablespoons sliced toasted almonds
- Juice of 1/2-1lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
