Ingredients

package of pasta
we use brown rice-quinoa pasta from Trader Joe's
1/2
head of cauliflower
1
tablespoon
raw almond butter
Salt
pepper, and (optional) hot sauce to taste
Instructions
Boil cauliflower until soft.
Drain soft cooked cauliflower and puree in food processor or blender.
Separately, boil pasta until ALMOST al dente.
Drain pasta and return to pot on stove.
On low flame, mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Taste and adjust if necessary but DON'T overmix or it could break the pasta pieces.
