Method
- Boil pasta for about 5 minutes until not quite al dente, then drain, leaving about a quarter cup of the pasta water.
- Stir in remaining ingredients while flame is low until creamy, dreamy, and cooked all the way through. Be careful and do NOT overcook as it quickly gets too soft.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Demolish.
- Cry that it's over.
