pack tofu
I prefer firm or extra firm

large handfuls raw kale
3
ripe bananas
2-3
tablespoons
vinegar or lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon
of vanilla
optional
Instructions
Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until EXTREMELY smooth and creamy.
Notes
Enjoy alone, with your favorite fruits, mixed with granlola, or - my personal favorite - in a delicious breakfast salad!
