block sprouted extra-firm tofu (really any block of tofu will work
it just might make the fauxgurt a little thicker or thinner
Juice of 2 lemons
about 6 tablespoons
2
large very ripe bananas
it's ok if they're a little overripe, and a little less ripe is fine, too, but the fauxgurt won't be as sweet
Optional: 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1/16 teaspoon of salt
Method
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Enjoy immediately, or chill first.
