Ingredients
  

  • 1 BIG handful of whatever greens you have on hand I used romaine lettuce
  • 2 bananas frozen or refrigerated (I actually didn't taste them in the flavor of the smoothie, scout's honor)
  • 1 1/2 nondairy milk
  • Teensy pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract or to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
