Fabulous 5-Minute Fauxgurt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block sprouted extra-firm tofu (really any block of tofu will work it just might make the fauxgurt a little thicker or thinner
  • Juice of 2 lemons about 6 tablespoons
  • 2 large very ripe bananas it's ok if they're a little overripe, and a little less ripe is fine, too, but the fauxgurt won't be as sweet
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/16 teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy immediately, or chill first.
