Green Monster "Fauxgurt"

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack tofu I prefer firm or extra firm
  • 3 large handfuls raw kale
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2-3 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until EXTREMELY smooth and creamy.

Notes

Enjoy alone, with your favorite fruits, mixed with granlola, or - my personal favorite - in a delicious breakfast salad!
