Kale Grape Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 2 big handfuls baby kale
  • Half a cup of halved grapes
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/8 of a small red onion

Blended Dressing

  • A cup of frozen raspberries
  • Half cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of date syrup
  • Half teaspoon of salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine dressing ingredients in blender and blend until VERY SMOOTH.
  • Assemble salad ingredients with as much dressing as you like, saving the rest for later.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

The dressing recipe makes more than a cup of dressing, so keep it in the fridge and use as needed.
