Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sliced cucumber rounds about 1 small or 1/2 of 1 large cucumber
  • 1 cup sliced honeydew melon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Make sure all your ingredients are very cold or frozen before blending.
  • Blend until very smooth and creamy. This might take a minute or two.
  • Drink immediately after blending to retain maximum nutritional value, flavor, color, and texture.
