  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana frozen or refrigerated
  • 1/2 cup nondairy milk or enough until you reach your desired consistency
  • 1-2 dates optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend until very smooth and creamy and enjoy!
