Tiny Chewy Cinnamon Apples

These delightful bites of apples will add the perfect little sweet something to just about anything.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large apples about 3-4 inches in diameter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dice apples into cubes about 1/4-1/3-inch wide. Should fill about 3 cups.
  • Put apples on parchment paper and sprinkle with cinnamon, then toss evenly.
  • Bake for about 35 min at 400 degrees, stirring at about 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before using.
  • Keep in the fridge and use as needed. Should last a few weeks.
