  • 2 frozen or refrigerated ripe bananas
  • 1 c organic non-gmo unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 3 huge handfuls kale
  • Teeeeeensy pinch of salt optional
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional: tiny drop of almond extract and or vanilla extract
