Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw walnut pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast optional
  • 1/4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Grind dry ingredients in the food processor until fine and mealy.
  • Add vinegar and pulse 4 or 5 times to combine.
  • Store in airtight jar in the fridge.
